1、当 $t=1$ 时,函数 $f(x)$ 的导函数\[f'(x)=-{\rm e}^x-1+\cos x+\dfrac{1}{1+x},\]利用 ${\rm e}^x\geqslant x+1$ 可得\[f'(x)\leqslant -(x+1)-1+\cos x+\dfrac{1}{1+x}=-(1-\cos x)-\dfrac{x(2+x)}{1+x}=-2\sin^2\dfrac x2-\dfrac{x(2+x)}{1+x},\]当 $x>0$ 时,有 $f'(x)<0$;当 $-1<x<0$ 时,令 $t=-\dfrac x2$,则 $0<t<\dfrac 12$,右边为\[-2\sin^2t+\dfrac{2t(2-2t)}{1-2t}=-2\sin^2t+2t+\dfrac{2t}{1-2t}>0,\]结合 $f'(0)=0$ 可得函数 $f(x)$ 在 $(-1,0)$ 上单调递增,在 $(0,+\infty)$ 上单调递减.

综上所述,原命题得证.
